Orders are processed in the order in which they were received. Please allow for 1-3 business days for your order to be processed. Orders do not ship out the same day as they were ordered. You will receive an email confirmation with tracking details once your order has been shipped.
Shipping Fees
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your selected shipping method and destination.
Incorrect or Undeliverable Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. Orchid Glow is not responsible for lost or delayed packages due to incorrect address input. If an order is returned due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, the customer is responsible for any additional shipping fees to resend the package.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Once a package is marked as delivered, Orchid Glow is not responsible for lost or stolen items. If your package is missing, please check with your local carrier, neighbors, or building management before reaching out to us. We do not issue refunds for lost or stolen packages.
