At Orchid Glow, we take great pride in creating high-quality, handcrafted products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to assist with returns, exchanges, and refunds under the following conditions.
Return/Exchange
We accept returns and exchanges on eligible items within 30 days of the delivery date. To qualify, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received. If you receive a damaged or defective item, we are happy to offer a replacement of the same product. You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase. Returns and exchanges must be initiated by contacting us at orchidglowco@gmail.com before returning the item.
Unfortunately, sale items, gift cards, and custom orders are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Initiating a Return or Exchange
To start a return, please email us at orchidglowco@gmail.com with your order number, reason for return, and provide clear photos showing the issue. Once your request is approved, we will provide further instructions on how to return your item. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Orchid Glow is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments. Unauthorized returns or items sent outside the return window will not be accepted. Return due to personal preference are only eligible for store credit.
Cancellations
You may cancel your order within 12 hours of purchase. Once an order has been processed, it cannot be canceled.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Shipping Costs for Returns
If a return is required due to an error on our part, Orchid Glow will cover shipping costs. Otherwise, return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
Refunds
Refunds are issued only for eligible returns and defective items. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at orchidglowco@gmail.com.
If the replacement item is out of stock, you may choose a refund or store credit instead.
