Our Story
Orchid Glow was born from a very personal place where crafting candles began as more than a hobby for me — it was a lifeline.
During a time when I was navigating anxiety and depression, I discovered that the simple act of lighting a candle could bring me a sense of calm I couldn't find anywhere else. The soft glow, the gentle flicker, the soothing fragrance — it created a space where I could breathe, reflect, and feel at ease.
If you've ever needed a moment just to breathe, Orchid Glow was made for you.
Crafting became my way of coping. Pouring wax, blending scents, and shaping each candle with care gave me both focus and comfort. It was a ritual that reminded me I could create beauty even in difficult moments. Over time, I realized this practice wasn't just helping me — it had the power to help others, too. That's why I started Orchid Glow: to share that experience with people who, like me, may be struggling with stress, anxiety, or the weight of everyday life.
As my healing journey deepened, I began thinking not only about the rituals around me, but about what I put on my body. I wanted to be in charge of every ingredient touching my skin. Every bar of soap had to be crafted with care — free from harsh chemicals and filled with intention. There's something different about using a handmade soap: the way it lathers, the way it leaves skin smoother and more nourished, the way it feels like an act of love. Soap-making became a natural extension of my healing journey, reminding me to slow down, to care for myself, and to embrace the small rituals that make us whole.
Through Orchid Glow, I've transformed my personal healing into something shared. Each product — whether a soy candle or a handcrafted soap — is designed to be more than something you use. They are small rituals of restoration, crafted to bring peace, restore calm, and remind you that taking care of yourself is not selfish. It is essential.
Orchid Glow is for women carrying everything. It's for men who are exhausted and looking for a moment of peace. It's for anyone who needs a ritual that says: this moment is mine.
From my hands to yours — thank you for being part of this journey.
